Booking
Booking is confirmed only after payment of the agreed advance amount.

Payment
The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Advance payments and cancellation charges are subject to the agreed booking terms. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Coverage
Coverage is limited to the selected package and agreed timings. Extra hours and additional services will be charged separately.

Delivery
Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Raw files are not included unless agreed in advance.

Editing
Final selection and editing will follow Zero Filter Stories’ creative style. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, schedules, and necessary venue permissions.

Travel & Expenses
Additional travel, accommodation, and other expenses will be charged as agreed.

All content remains subject to applicable copyright law. Personal sharing is permitted; commercial use requires written permission.

Portfolio Usage
Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes only with the client’s consent.

Unforeseen Circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives in case of unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control.
